Yoola Adeniji brings experience from both an established health system and early-stage digital health company to LRVHealth’s investment team.
Prior to joining LRVHealth, Yoola was an early employee at Cohere Health, a digital health startup that automates administrative transactions. She developed processes for digital product onboarding that increased user adoption rates and managed strategic projects in vendor procurement, compliance, and provider relations.
Before joining Cohere, Yoola worked at Mass General Brigham, where she led the design and implementation of electronic health record workflows for behavioral health programs and supported electronic health screening programs at primary care sites.
As a senior associate at LRVHealth, Yoola plays a pivotal role in sourcing and supporting the firm’s investments, overseeing all aspects from due diligence to execution. She excels at identifying and sourcing top entrepreneurs and companies within the healthcare sector. During the diligence process, Yoola leverages LRVHealth’s Strategic Limited Partner (SLP) network to incorporate valuable perspectives on the companies being assessed. Additionally, she actively supports portfolio companies' strategic and operational initiatives, ensuring their growth and success.
