Tripp Peake has spent nearly four decades investing in and building early-stage healthcare and technology companies and in 2000, he co-founded LRVHealth.
Prior to starting LRVHealth, Tripp was a Partner at Kestrel Ventures, where he invested broadly in healthcare and technology companies across Massachusetts and New England.
Before Kestrel, he founded and served as CEO of MassVentures, a seed fund focused on early-stage spinoffs from UMass Amherst, Baystate Health, and other Massachusetts-based research and healthcare organizations. He also co-founded and led Science Park Associates (SPA) in New Haven, Connecticut, an affiliate of Yale University, Yale Medical School, and Yale New Haven Health, providing startup assistance and seed funding to early-stage companies emerging from Yale’s high-tech incubator, Science Park.
As a Managing Partner at LRVHealth, Tripp works closely with the firm’s Strategic Limited Partners (SLP) to understand their evolving priorities and operational challenges, while helping them navigate emerging trends and identify where innovation can drive meaningful impact across their organizations. He also serves as a trusted partner to LRVHealth’s portfolio companies, bringing decades of experience and a pragmatic perspective as founders navigate the complexities of building and scaling healthcare businesses. In addition, Tripp co-leads a dedicated group of clinical leaders across LRVHealth’s SLP network, facilitating peer-to-peer dialogue around shared challenges and emerging areas of innovation.
