Rosie Bell brings more than a decade of experience building and growing innovative healthcare brands through strategic marketing and communications.
Her background includes both in-house and agency roles spanning brand strategy, public relations, communications, and event marketing.
Before joining LRVHealth, Rosie was an early team member at Level Ex, a digital health startup that redefined medical training through immersive, game-based technology. She joined as the company’s first marketing hire at the seed stage and played a central role in its growth — from early funding through Series A to its acquisition by Brainlab. During that time, the company scaled rapidly, launching multiple products and expanding to more than 150 employees.
Earlier in her career, Rosie managed pharmaceutical and life sciences marketing programs at AspenTech, a global industrial software company. She also brings agency experience from Monigle and SHIFT Communications, where she supported healthcare branding, digital health clients, and strategic communications for health systems and emerging companies.
At LRVHealth, Rosie leads the firm’s marketing, communications, and brand strategy. She also oversees the firm’s event and community initiatives, helping strengthen connections across the LRVHealth network by bringing together Strategic Limited Partners (SLPs), portfolio companies, executive advisors, and healthcare leaders through curated events and strategic programming.
