Keith J. Figlioli

Keith Figlioli brings more than two decades of experience working at the ground level of healthcare IT.

Before joining LRVHealth, he served as Senior Vice President of Healthcare Informatics at Premier, Inc. (NASDAQ: PINC), where he was a member of the executive leadership team that helped the company and its healthcare system members raise $820M in its IPO. He co-chaired Premier's Member Technology Improvement Committee, a board subcommittee that collaborated directly with health systems to improve care delivery through technology. He also represented Premier on the HHS ONC Health IT Standards Committee and the JASON Task Force, where he helped shape early recommendations for API-based architectures that reshaped the industry's thinking about data interoperability. 

Before Premier, Keith was Senior Vice President of Enterprise Solutions at Eclipsys, later acquired by Allscripts (NASDAQ: MDRX), where he led all go-to-market activity, product management, and strategic direction across clinical, financial, and operational product lines.  

At LRVHealth, Keith advises health system and payer Strategic Limited Partners (SLPs) with a grounded, operator-led perspective, helping leaders make decisions around innovation, technology, and growth. He also works across the SLP network to bring senior technology leaders together for candid, peer-to-peer discussions that help organizations learn from one another and refine their strategies. From an investment standpoint, Keith invests across healthcare with a focus on data infrastructure and AI — identifying key challenges across health systems and payers and backing the entrepreneurs best positioned to address them.

Beyond his work at LRVHealth, Keith founded and hosts the Healthcare is Hard podcast. This podcast was created to bring the frank and insider conversations he has every day with healthcare executives, policy leaders, and change-makers to a wider healthcare audience. It reflects the same voice he brings to everything: direct, informed, and deeply committed to getting healthcare right.
