Erica brings experience across healthcare strategy, operations, and transformation, working with both growing healthcare companies and established health systems.
Prior to joining LRVHealth, Erica was Vice President of Analytics and Strategic Initiatives at Access TeleCare, a private equity-backed acute care telemedicine company with a national footprint and eight service lines. She led the analytics team and cross-functional strategy and transformation initiatives, including evaluating new service lines, markets, and strategic partnerships. She also established the company’s Independent Dispute Resolution function and led workflow optimization and revenue capture initiatives.
Before Access TeleCare, Erica was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where she worked primarily with health systems on strategy and operational improvement. Her work focused particularly on workforce strategy and operating model design.
As Director of Value Creation at LRVHealth, Erica leads the expansion of the firm’s value creation function, focusing particularly on fostering meaningful connections between LRVHealth’s strategic network and innovative companies. In her role, she partners with portfolio companies following investment to accelerate growth and drive strategic execution. Erica also engages deeply with the firm’s strategic network to identify opportunities for patient and business impact.
