Eric Schaft has spent his career in finance and fund operations, supporting private equity and venture capital platforms across multiple strategies, fund structures, and market cycles.
Prior to joining LRVHealth, Eric was a member of the finance and fund operations team at Fidelity, where he oversaw reporting, valuation, capital planning, and LP communications for Devonshire Investors. He worked closely with lead investors and senior leadership on portfolio construction, investment execution, and ongoing oversight of portfolio companies across a range of sectors.
Earlier in his career, Eric held finance leadership roles at Summit Partners where he focused on building scalable financial systems and strengthening reporting and operational infrastructure across a global platform.
As Chief Financial Officer of LRVHealth, Eric is responsible for the financial management and operational integrity of the firm’s funds and management company. He partners closely with the Managing Partners on capital deployment, portfolio company financings, and structuring decisions across the investment lifecycle. Eric brings financial rigor and disciplined operational oversight to LRVHealth’s operating model, supporting both Strategic Limited Partners and portfolio companies.
