Amy Navin

Director of Operations

Amy Navin has more than 25 years of experience in building and managing the operational backbone of complex organizations in healthcare, academia, professional services, and mission-driven nonprofit environments.

Before joining LRVHealth, Amy held senior administrative and operational leadership roles at the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University, where she managed financial and administrative operations across clinical, research, and academic units. In these roles, she oversaw budgeting, forecasting, policy development, staff leadership, grant administration, and operational planning.  

Prior to Tufts, Amy served as Executive Director of Community Harvest Project, where her role spanned HR, recruiting, project management, and business administration. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation as a trusted operator who brings structure, discipline, and clarity to fast‑moving environments.

As Director of Operations at LRVHealth, Amy serves as the firm’s central operational leader, responsible for the systems, processes, and execution that support the partnership, portfolio engagement, and Strategic Limited Partner (SLP) network. She oversees core business operations, including HR and benefits administration, compliance, finance coordination, executive scheduling, governance support, and firm-wide process optimization. Amy plays a key role in onboarding new team members, supporting cross functional initiatives, and serving as a point of contact between partners, advisors, and external stakeholders.
